Naman Patel
Naman Patel is a second-generation pharmaceutical executive whose career has been shaped by a lifelong immersion in the industry. Raised within a family devoted to manufacturing and healthcare invention, he began learning the fundamentals of the business at twelve — cultivating an early, intimate grasp of operations, regulatory compliance, quality systems, and the indispensable role of FDA regulation in patient safety.
Unlike many who arrive at leadership from the outside, Naman built his career from the ground upward. At twenty-one he formally joined the family business as a line operator, gaining first-hand fluency in manufacturing, quality processes, production management, and compliance — a practical foundation across every stage of pharmaceutical development.
Through years of dedication, he advanced swiftly. By 2016 he was overseeing operations involving more than 350 colleagues across nine countries spanning three continents — directing international teams, manufacturing partnerships, supply chains, and business development, and expanding the company's footprint while holding fast to quality and regulatory integrity.
As a father of two daughters, Naman's mission has grown intimately bound to advancing treatment for children facing serious illness. His deepest devotion is Pediatric Oncology, where he champions the research and development of therapies that improve outcomes and quality of life for young patients and their families.
